I'm so angry what we ever spent money on this piece of expensive trash! We've had our refrigerator for a little over a year and it has been nothing but trouble! The freezer ices over which then causes the refrigerator to not cool correctly. Thank God we have another fridge in the garage so we can empty this one out and let it thaw for 24 hours. It works again but then a couple months later we're back to square one. It makes me sick to my stomach that my husband works hard to pay for an appliance like this that just barely works. What a shame!

I've had my fridgedaire refrigerator for a little over a month n it's just the best ! The refrigerator stays cold,cold to keep food fresh ,n the door is like a vacuum n will really stay closed .Top frezzer is super cold to keep food .frozen .I purchased the stainless steel 178cu ft.and it's amazing how much room is in it ! I'm very satisfied n I love ?? it ! Thank u Fridgedaire

Looks great, works great. I™™ve had it a week and very pleased. The shelves are a good size, and I can move them to suit my needs. The freezer shelves are adjustable too. The door must be opened fully to get the shelves out, so if the fridge is against a corner, it will have to be pulled out so the door can swing completely open, but it has (tiny) wheels, so it™™s not problematic. Love that I can see everything on the shelves as opposed to a side-by-side.

I purchased several Frigidaire appliances (refrigerator, stove, and microwave) for the first time for my mother in October. It has been less than 30 days (3 weeks to be exact) and there is already an issue with the refrigerator.The door will not stay firmly closed, which is causing icing and water drops in the refrigerator. My mother contacted the 800 service repair number to report the issue. She was provided with a service repair company, which happened to be the one and only service company in her area. My mother contacted the owner of the company and discovered that the company is owned and operated by a one-woman technician, with no employees. Not only that, she only communicates through voice and text messages, and she was out of town for 3 days. My mother has left two different voice and text messages and the owner has still not called her back.My mother and I get on a conference call with the 800 service repair agent to report the problem with getting in touch with the service provider. We were told that a scheduler would get back to her within 24-48 hours regarding her issue. Frigidaire agent called my mother back within 24 hours with another service provider in a major city, 31 miles away from her. This service provider informed my mother that the first available service date would be an additional 6 days of waiting, with a 9:00-3:00 window (6 hour).Once again, we contacted the 800 service repair agent to ask if there was another company that could service her refrigerator sooner. We were told once again that there was only one service company in this major city that could service her appliance. So therefore, my mother has no choice but to wait to get her refrigerator repaired. I am seriously considering returning all of the appliances if this is the type of service she should expect if anything should go wrong with her other appliances. The irony of the situation is that the agent was trying to sell her their extended warranty while stating that ™should would get hassle free service and not have to worry about getting any repairs done.™ If this is hassle free service, they can definitely keep their extended warranties.

I was going to order at Home Depot, but the price match was better here. I had an issue with a code, and my first customer service agent was extremely helpful and kind. Then, there was confusion with my delivery date, which caused it to be delivered much later. I reached out to customer service, and they were going to get back to me, but they never did. I was without a fridge for almost two weeks, and the extra days without one were inconvenient. When actually delivered, the delivery people were great and very helpful. The fridge works great overall and is very sleek!

Growing up, a Frigidaire was our fridge. As an apartment-renting adult, I endured the poor design and performance of the GE and Magic Chef refrigerators in those kitchens. When I became an apartment owner, I inherited a GE even worse than in the rentals. When the GE broke down, the narrow width of the space allotted to the refrigerator made finding a replacement difficult, but remembering how good my parents' Frigidaire was, I finally found a model that not only met my needs, but also lasted 17 years. Its replacement is, of course, a Frigidaire, an updated version of "old faithful" with a maximum warranty extension. Installation was quick and simple, the interior is well designed, it looks great in my kitchen, the controls are well placed, and cleaning is quick and easy. If you're looking for a new fridge, a Frigidaire is an excellent investment.

My dad and I found a new model of this Frigidaire at a local Spencer's appliance store in the dented/slightly damaged section (superficial/cosmetic small dent on the lower portion of the main door on the outside). For the discounted price, this otherwise new fridge works as advertised and is very user friendly regarding the button control for temperature in the main refrigerator portion, and the even simpler low to high dial in the back portion of the freezer.

This was a great deal on a good brand. It is the perfect size , looks custom in my kitchen and am glad to not hear the loud sounds from my old worn out fridg. The brushed stainless is classy and the seal on the doors is solid . Great depth and space for my small space.

Thus far, the cooling works well and the unit meets our needs except for the ice maker. The original did not work and it took 2 months to get it replaced (warranty work). That one worked for a month and stopped.
